Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed service window. Same Day Garage Door Services, L.L.C is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, traffic, or prior job overruns. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Any estimates provided — whether online, by phone, or in person — are subject to change upon inspection of the actual job site. A final price will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
Same Day Garage Door Services, L.L.C is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
